Vendor Registration

Oak Cliff Earth Day online vendor registration is now closed. Anyone wishing to register as a vendor may do so in-person, by 9am at the OCED Information Booth. In-person registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Each participating vendor will be provided a 12’ x 12’ plot along with 1 (one) table and 2 (two) chairs. OCED will not be providing tents this year, so vendors will need to provide their own structures. Shade structures must not exceed 10’ x 10’. Vendors will be located on grass.

All registration is on a first come-first served basis. Booth location assignment will be done by OCED organizers.

General Vendors: All vendors who are for-profit businesses. 

Artisan Vendors: Those vendors selling handmade goods. This can include original artworks as well as handmade home-goods, jewelry, furniture, etc. Artisan registration will be approved on a first-come-first-served basis, with the understanding that the Earth Day committee reserves the right to reject or approve each booth on an individual basis. All artisans MUST provide a link to images of their work and/or previous booths in the Vendor Registration Form provided at checkout. Vendors will be notified of their approval by March 27th. 

Food Vendors: Vendors providing food for sale to be consumed on the premises. We are only accepting Food Truck vendors this year.

Non-Profit Vendors: Vendors who are legally a Non-profit entity may register with this option.

Reminder: Due to Oak Cliff Earth Day's 501(c)3 status, political activities are not permitted at the event.
